Project Manager-Healthcare
We deliver complex, high-quality construction projects in the healthcare space. We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with a focus on healthcare construction to join our team and lead projects that make a difference in the community.
Client Details
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee healthcare construction projects from planning through completion. You will manage teams, schedules, budgets, and communication with key stakeholders-including healthcare providers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the complexities of building in active healthcare environments and is comfortable navigating the challenges of infection control, life safety, and regulatory compliance.
Description
Plan, coordinate, and manage healthcare construction projects from start to finish
Collaborate with healthcare clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans
Lead project meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure projects meet healthcare codes, standards, and infection control requirements (e.g., ICRA)
Maintain strict safety protocols, including for active healthcare environments
Conduct regular site visits and quality inspections
Identify risks proactively and develop solutions to keep projects on track
Foster strong, ongoing relationships with clients and project partners
Profile
5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with significant healthcare project experience
Strong knowledge of healthcare construction standards (e.g., ICRA, NFPA, ASHE guidelines)
Experience working in active hospital or healthcare environments
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
OSHA 30 certification required; ASHE certification preferred
