Description

The Traveling MEP Superintendent - Data Centers - Berwick, PA will be responsible for:

• Managing MEP subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate installation of systems.
• Coordinating with general contractors, design teams, and client representatives to align on project goals.
• Monitoring daily field activities, inspecting work progress, and enforcing safety protocols.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications, and submittals to validate compliance and resolve conflicts.
• Leading MEP-specific meetings and providing updates on schedule, budget, and quality.
• Tracking equipment deliveries, installation milestones, and commissioning activities.
• Supporting testing, startup, and turnover of MEP systems in collaboration with commissioning agents.
• Traveling to project sites nationwide, adapting to varying schedules and environments.
• Documenting field reports, punch lists, and issue logs to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative, solution-oriented jobsite culture.

Profile

The Traveling MEP Superintendent - Data Centers - Berwick, PA will have:

• 5+ years of experience supervising MEP scopes on large-scale mission-critical/data center projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and drive results under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site at data center locations.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; familiarity with BIM and Procore a plus.

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience.
• +10% travel incentive in additional to base salary.
