Construction Senior Estimator - Westchester, NY
We are seeking an Estimator to lead cost analysis and budgeting for large-scale, ground-up commercial projects across Westchester, NYC, and all five boroughs. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-value project environment.

Description
Prepare accurate cost estimates for ground-up commercial projects
Utilize Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD for takeoffs and analysis
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors for pricing
Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimize project budgets
Present estimates to leadership and clients, ensuring cost efficiency
Profile
10+ years of estimating experience in large-scale, ground-up projects
Strong proficiency in Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven experience working with general contractors
