We are seeking an Estimator to lead cost analysis and budgeting for large-scale, ground-up commercial projects across Westchester, NYC, and all five boroughs. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-value project environment.

Description

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for ground-up commercial projects

• Utilize Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD for takeoffs and analysis

• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors for pricing

• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimize project budgets

• Present estimates to leadership and clients, ensuring cost efficiency

Profile

• 10+ years of estimating experience in large-scale, ground-up projects

• Strong proficiency in Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD

• Exceptional communication and client-facing skills

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Proven experience working with general contractors
