Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing key financial insights and support to drive strategic decision-making within the organization. This role focuses on analyzing financial data and delivering actionable recommendations to improve business performance in the business services industry.

Description

• Analyze financial data and prepare detailed financial models to support business decisions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Generate and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
• Support the Accounting & Finance department with ad-hoc analysis and reporting needs.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Profile

A successful Financial Analyst should have:

• Past experience using ERP systems- Hyperion, SAP, or OneStream
• Strong understanding of equities, fixed income
• Experience in banking industry
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced business services environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
