A Commercial Construction Superintendent based in Hartford, CT will oversee both ground-up and interior renovation projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role requires strong on-site leadership, coordination of subcontractors, and close collaboration with project managers and clients.

Description
The superintendent will manage daily on-site operations, supervise subcontractors and trades, enforce safety standards, maintain project schedules, and ensure quality control. They will also coordinate inspections, resolve field issues, track progress against milestones, and serve as the primary on-site point of contact for stakeholders.
Profile
The ideal candidate brings several years of commercial construction experience, including both ground-up and interior renovation work, with a proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, safety regulations, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
