We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Plant Controller to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing client's plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, cost accounting, profitability analysis, and inventory valuation.

Description

• Manage all financial operations within the plant
• Conduct detailed cost analyses and prepare financial reports
• Oversee inventory management and valuation processes
• Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• Collaborate with management on budgeting and financial planning
• Monitor and report on plant performance metrics
• Perform risk management and mitigation activities

Profile

A successful Plant Controller should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in cost accounting and owning a P&L
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• High proficiency in financial software and databases
