The Key Responsibilities of the Production Manager - Metal form are:

• Lead 1st shift manufacturing operations within a high-volume metal stamping and metal forming production facility.
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, continuous improvement projects, and operational efficiency strategies.
• Manage workforce planning, staffing optimization, and team performance to align production capacity with profitability goals.
• Oversee production scheduling, quality standards, and on-time delivery metrics to meet customer and business demands.

Profile

A Successful Applicant will have:
