Admin Processor/Mailroom Processor Consultant
This role involves managing the distribution of mail and packages within the organization, ensuring accurate postage, and maintaining mailing equipment. Additionally, it includes training mailroom staff, resolving delivery discrepancies, and assisting with various departmental projects.

Description
- Distribute incoming mail and packages to the correct departments and individuals, and ensure outgoing mail has the correct postage.
- Maintain records of received mail and packages, and resolve any delivery issues.
- Train and provide guidance to new mailroom staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Scan, index, and electronically file documents and member information as needed.
- Assist with departmental projects, including moving items and replacing toner cartridges.
- Monitor and manage mailing supplies, and handle special mailing requests from employees.
Profile
- High School Diploma with one to two years of clerical or office experience.
- Proficiency in handling correspondence through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Experience with various office equipment, such as copiers and printers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow both verbal and written directions.
- Good written and oral communication skills, with a willingness to work flexible hours.
