As they expand their presence in the Milwaukee market, they're looking to add a skilled Project Manager to their team. Description

  • Plan, oversee, and monitor all phases of the construction project lifecycle, from design and procurement to construction and closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are achieved.
  • Conduct regular site visits to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive project reports, including status updates, financial analysis, and risk assessments, to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Proactively identify project risks, troubleshoot challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and cultivate opportunities for repeat business.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continually improve project management processes.

Profile

  • 5+ years of true project management experience
  • Experience with ground up construction (commercial/healthcare preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of applicable construction technologies
  • Client-facing ability
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
