Travelling Superintendent
Are you a seasoned Construction Superintendent who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys seeing projects through from the ground up-wherever they may be? Our client, a well-established General Contractor headquartered in Nashville, is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the Southeast.

Their projects span a wide range of sectors including retail, office, healthcare, and institutional work. With a strong pipeline of work across multiple states, they're looking for a Superintendent who's ready to hit the ground running.
Description
- Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
- Maintain daily logs, schedules, and progress reports.
- Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, inspectors, and project managers.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Willingness and ability to travel regionally for extended periods.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Experience with ground-up and interior build-out projects is a plus.
