Travelling Superintendent

Our client, a well-established General Contractor headquartered in Nashville, is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects across the Southeast.

Description

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and quality standards on-site.
• Maintain daily logs, schedules, and progress reports.
• Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, inspectors, and project managers.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally for extended periods.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with ground-up and interior build-out projects is a plus.
