Senior Business Development Manager- hospitality procurement
This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role for a business development professional within hospitality. Description
This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role for a seasoned business development professional within hospitality. You'll own the full sales lifecycle-building relationships with top-tier developers, ownership groups, and design firms, and closing large-scale, complex deals that directly influence company growth.Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the hospitality sector
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of FF&E and OS&E procurement projects
- Lead the full sales cycle-from initial outreach through contract execution
- Develop and manage relationships with hotel developers, ownership groups, operators, and design firms
- Drive strategic deal-making with a focus on profitability and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement and operations teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and trade shows

Profile
A successful Senior Business Development Manager should have:
- Proven experience in business development or sales within hospitality FF&E / OS&E, design, or procurement
- Track record of closing high-value, complex deals (multi-million dollar project exposure preferred)
- Strong network within hospitality, real estate development, or design communities
- Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Entrepreneurial, competitive, and highly self-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel and be on-site in the Boca Raton area
