Estimator - Healthcare - Boston, MA
Our client is looking to add a Estimator to support a growing pipeline of complex projects across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. This role will focus on preconstruction and cost estimating for large-scale healthcare, life science, and occupied renovation work.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for healthcare and life science projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to develop accurate budgets
- Lead preconstruction efforts, including conceptual and GMP estimating
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients during bid phases
- Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing for complex scopes
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors
- Support multiple projects across various stages of preconstruction
Profile
What You'll Need:
- 5-10+ years of estimating experience within construction
- Background working on healthcare, pharmaceutical, lab, or clean room projects
- Experience with occupied renovations highly preferred
- Strong GC experience from a reputable firm
- Proficiency with tools like Bluebeam, Procore, or similar (preferred)
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously
