Estimator - Commercial Construction - Floral Park, NY
This is a full-time Estimator role focused on ground-up and interior renovation projects across NYC and Long Island. You'll work closely with project teams to deliver accurate multi-trade estimates.
Client Details
A small-to-mid-sized general contractor and construction manager with ~50 employees, specializing in commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects ranging from $2M to $35M.
Description
- Prepare detailed estimates across multiple trades
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Analyze drawings and specifications
- Support bid submissions and project budgeting
Profile
- Has 1-3 years of estimating experience in GC or CM settings
- Architectural or drywall background preferred.
- Must be detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working from our Nassau County office five days a week.
