This Project Manager - Commercial Construction role involves overseeing and delivering complex construction projects within the business services industry. The position is based in Boston and requires expertise in project management, budgeting, and team coordination.

Description
- Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Resolve project-related issues promptly to maintain timelines and quality standards.
- Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.

Profile
A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction should have:
- A strong background in commercial construction project management.
- Proven experience in budget management, scheduling, and resource planning.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
