Superintendent - Healthcare Construction

We're currently seeking a Superintendent with proven healthcare construction experience to join our Miami team.

Client Details

As a Superintendent, you'll oversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare projects, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be the on-site leader coordinating subcontractors, schedules, and inspections while maintaining strong client and project team relationships.

Description

• Lead on-site construction activities for healthcare projects (hospitals, clinics, medical offices).

• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and schedules.

• Ensure safety compliance and quality control throughout the build.

• Maintain project documentation and communicate progress with PMs and clients.

• Resolve field issues quickly and efficiently.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, with at least 2 years on healthcare facilities.

• Strong knowledge of AHCA regulations and infection control procedures.

• Proven leadership and communication skills on active job sites.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
