Estimator- Commercial Construction

Our client, a well-established GC located in New York City, is seeking an Estimator to join its growing team.

Client Details

Our client has been providing construction, & project management services to public & private clients across the commercial sector in NYC

Description

  • Generates estimates & proposals for selected projects.
  • Obtains bidders lists for projects that have been scoped & estimated.
  • Actively pursues bid projects with timely follow up & awareness of project status.
  • Assists customers with project & product inquiries.

Profile

  • BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred
  • Minimum one year of experience in the building/construction/property industry
  • Experience with conceptual estimating
  • Ground up project knowledge and experience
