Description
As the Superintendent, you will report into senior operations leadership and take full ownership of day‑to‑day site execution.- Lead on‑site construction activities from mobilisation through project close‑out
- Manage subcontractors, site crews, and daily scheduling to maintain programme milestones
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with Project Managers to align field execution with budgets and schedules
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to avoid delays
- Maintain quality standards across all phases of construction
Profile
For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:- Proven experience as a Superintendent within a contracting or construction environment
- Strong understanding of site operations, sequencing, and subcontractor management
- Demonstrated commitment to job‑site safety and quality control
- Ability to lead crews, communicate clearly, and maintain site momentum
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, field‑based role
- Valid driver's licence and flexibility to support active job sites in the Tulsa area
