Project Manager - Commercial/Data Centers - Largo,MD
The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. They will collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution. This role offers the opportunity to lead Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and grow within the organization.

Description
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial interior and base building projects, ranging from $2M to $20M.
- Oversee and mentor Assistant Project Managers to foster growth and development.
- Collaborate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to define project scopes and ensure alignment.
- Utilize Procore, Microsoft Office, and other tools to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Profile
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in commercial interiors or base building projects.
- Experience managing an Assistant Project Manager is preferred.
- Candidates ready to transition from an APM role to PM are encouraged to apply.
- Healthcare, data center, or higher education project experience is a strong plus.
- Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office/Project is advantageous.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Job Offer
- Base Salary: $115,000-$125,000.
- Car Allowance: $400-$450/month.
- Health Benefits: Employer covers 80% of medical premiums; dental and vision plans available.
