My client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team based out of Richmond, VA. Their expertise spans a variety of sectors, including retail, entertainment, multi-family, self-storage, sports and recreation, and industrial. Handling $175M in annual project revenue, their projects range in value from $1M to $30M, with an emphasis on ground-up construction.

Description
As a Project Manager, you will report to the Executive VP and be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned construction projects. This includes managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring the success of on-site teams led by Superintendents. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Oversee and coordinate with on-site Superintendents.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, proactively addressing challenges.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Travel to project sites as required, ensuring proper execution and quality.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in construction.
- Proven expertise in self-storage, grocery, and industrial projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in construction technology tools such as Procore and Bluebeam.
- Flexibility to travel out of state as needed, with a commitment to maintaining project excellence.
