AP Specialist
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle AP process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role plays a critical part in supporting daily operations and upholding financial integrity within the organization.

Our client is a leading manufacturing company known for its commitment to quality, operational excellence, and continuous innovation. With a strong presence in both domestic and international markets, they are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join their growing finance team.
Description
Process high-volume vendor invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests
Review and verify invoice accuracy, matching, and approvals
Prepare and execute weekly payment runs via check, ACH, and wire transfer
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies
Collaborate with Purchasing, Receiving, and other internal teams to resolve AP issues
Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis
Profile
2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong understanding of 3-way matching and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
