Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage and oversee a $25M+ project at Dartmouth College, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget.
- Lead project teams, including Superintendents, subcontractors, and consultants, to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Utilize Primavera P6 for scheduling, Procore for project management, and Microsoft Office for day-to-day documentation.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with owner's representatives, architects, and stakeholders.
- Forecast and plan project schedules, ensuring all phases of construction are executed smoothly.
Profile
The successful Project Manager will have:
- Academic/Institutional projects are highly preferred, but commercial and interior renovation experience will also be considered.
- Experience with fast track or phased construction projects.
- Strong familiarity with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 Scheduling, Procore, and Microsoft Office is essential; Autodesk AutoCAD/REVIT is a plus.
