Description
- Manage the day-to-day activities of construction projects, including project scope, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Review and approve subcontracts and change orders, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise and ensure the project stays on schedule.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on ground-up projects. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
