Environmental Site Superintendent
We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Site Superintendent with a strong background in Construction for a permanent position in Buffalo, New York. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and a keen understanding of environmental regulations within the Property industry.

Description
- Oversee all aspects of environmental site operations and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Lead a team of construction workers, providing necessary training and guidance to ensure safety and environmental standards are met.
- Monitor construction activities to identify environmental risks and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to ensure environmental objectives are understood and achieved.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to environmental compliance and site activities.
- Coordinate with environmental consultants and regulatory agencies.
- Implement environmental management plans and ensure they are followed on-site.
- Participate in site inspections and audits to assess environmental performance.

Profile
A successful Environmental Site Superintendent should have:
- Relevant educational qualifications in Environmental Science, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role within the construction sector, with a focus on environmental compliance.
- Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards in the Property industry.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for liaising with project stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and team members.
Job Offer
