• Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost reports, and documentation
• Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and local agencies
• Support estimating efforts and provide constructability input
• Oversee procurement, change orders, and project financials
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

* 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil, water/wastewater, or utility construction
* Strong understanding of underground utilities, site work, and municipal infrastructure
* Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and field operations
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Proficiency with construction management software and project documentation
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
