Currently looking for a Project Manager to join a top construction firm expanding into Rhode Island, specializing in academic construction projects!
Client Details
Top ENR firm - family owned and operated - based in CT, is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing RI team!
Specifically this PM will work on Academic projects in RI (K-12, Higher ED - also do Healthcare projects), & will start 100% on site in Providence RI

Description
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for:
- Running Academic projects from start through completion on time & within budget
- Leading/Taking ownership of the project they are on
- Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
- Upholding company image / professionalism
- Must be able to commutable to project sites throughout Rhode Island
Profile
The right Construction Project Manager has the following qualifications:
- Strong background in ground-up commercial work along the lines of (Healthcare, public, K-12, Higher-Ed)
- 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General Contractor (required)
- Construction-related degree (highly preferred)
- Computer skill & familiarity with construction softwares
