Description
The Project Manager - Federal Projects/Higher Education - DC Metro will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects to meet organizational goals. Defining clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with stakeholder expectations.
- Promoting effective communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep everyone engaged and informed.
- Creating detailed project plans that encompass schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate issues.
- Maintaining quality control to ensure deliverables adhere to standards and specifications.
- Conducting regular status meetings to share updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
- Ensuring timely project delivery within budget while achieving high levels of client satisfaction
Profile
The Project Manager - Federal Projects/Higher Education - DC Metro will have:
- Demonstrated success in managing projects, ideally within a related industry or environment. Holds a degree in project management, construction, engineering, or a similar field.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders, including team members, clients, and executives. Proven leadership abilities to inspire teams and foster a collaborative, positive work culture.
- Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and resources.
- Proactive in identifying challenges and quickly formulating efficient solutions.
- Familiarity with project management software, tools, and industry-specific technologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to keep projects within budget.
- Adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Experienced in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery
Job Offer
The Project Manager - Federal Projects/Higher Education - DC Metro will receive:
- Annual bonus based on company revenue
- Cellphone allowance of $1,000 per year.
