Description

The Project Manager - Federal Projects/Higher Education - DC Metro will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects to meet organizational goals. Defining clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with stakeholder expectations.
  • Promoting effective communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep everyone engaged and informed.
  • Creating detailed project plans that encompass schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate issues.
  • Maintaining quality control to ensure deliverables adhere to standards and specifications.
  • Conducting regular status meetings to share updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Ensuring timely project delivery within budget while achieving high levels of client satisfaction

Profile

The Project Manager - Federal Projects/Higher Education - DC Metro will have:

  • Demonstrated success in managing projects, ideally within a related industry or environment. Holds a degree in project management, construction, engineering, or a similar field.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders, including team members, clients, and executives. Proven leadership abilities to inspire teams and foster a collaborative, positive work culture.
  • Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects, deadlines, and resources.
  • Proactive in identifying challenges and quickly formulating efficient solutions.
  • Familiarity with project management software, tools, and industry-specific technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to keep projects within budget.
  • Adaptable to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Experienced in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure successful project delivery

Job Offer

The Project Manager - Federal Projects/Higher Education - DC Metro will receive:
