For the General Superintendent - Data Center Construction we are seeking:

• 12+ years of construction experience, including complex MEP‑intensive or mission‑critical projects
• Experience leading $100M+ projects
• Strong understanding of data‑center commissioning, redundancy strategies, and high‑density MEP integration
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation
• Strong financial acumen and experience supporting value‑engineering initiatives
• Proven leadership of large, diverse field teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction scheduling tools
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

• Proven leadership of large, diverse field teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction scheduling tools
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Job Offer

• Highly competitive base salary - $160,000-220,000
