Project Manager - Concrete

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Concrete to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale concrete construction projects across South Florida. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, self-perform environment and can manage all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Description

  • Manage all phases of concrete construction projects from planning to completion

  • Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and labor plans

  • Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and document control

  • Coordinate self-perform field crews and subcontractors to ensure project quality and safety

  • Identify and resolve constructability issues with proactive, field-driven solutions

  • Monitor jobsite activities and lead weekly project status meetings

  • Support project accounting, change orders, and billing

  • Travel within Florida and occasionally to out-of-region sites as needed

Profile

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of project management experience in self-perform concrete, including structural and architectural concrete scopes. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams across field and office functions. A strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and concrete construction methods is essential. Proficiency with BIM, CAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other construction technology is required. This person is hands-on, solutions-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic project environment.
