Project Manager - Concrete
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - Concrete to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale concrete construction projects across South Florida. This role is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, self-perform environment and can manage all phases of project execution from preconstruction through closeout.

Description
Manage all phases of concrete construction projects from planning to completion
Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and labor plans
Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and document control
Coordinate self-perform field crews and subcontractors to ensure project quality and safety
Identify and resolve constructability issues with proactive, field-driven solutions
Monitor jobsite activities and lead weekly project status meetings
Support project accounting, change orders, and billing
Travel within Florida and occasionally to out-of-region sites as needed
Profile
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of project management experience in self-perform concrete, including structural and architectural concrete scopes. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of leading teams across field and office functions. A strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and concrete construction methods is essential. Proficiency with BIM, CAD, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and other construction technology is required. This person is hands-on, solutions-focused, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic project environment.
