This role as an Interior Superintendent in the construction department of the business services industry involves overseeing and managing interior construction projects from start to finish. Our client is a well-established general contractor based in Ashburn, VA, specializing in commercial interior renovations and fit-outs across Northern Virginia and DC. With a tight-knit team handling projects ranging from $200K-$5M, they consistently deliver high-quality work on office, lobby, and retail spaces.
Description
- Manage all aspects of interior construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
- Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to achieve project goals.
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide on-site leadership and problem-solving to address project challenges.
- Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Track project budgets and schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.

Profile
A successful Interior Superintendent should have:
- Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in interior construction.

Job Offer
