Multifamily Superintendent

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Multifamily Superintendent to lead a 6-story ground-up hotel project with 175 units in Anaheim, CA. This is a prime opportunity to join a well-established general contractor known for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Description

• Oversee all phases of construction from site preparation through project completion.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as needed to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Enforce site safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders to address issues and track performance.
• Work closely with project management to resolve conflicts and maintain momentum.

Profile

• Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Multifamily Superintendent in building and construction ofground-up multifamily or hospitality construction.
• Experience managing 6-story podium-style projects strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction technology tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.

Job Offer

• Multifamily Superintendent Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 (DOE)
