Our client, a mid-size General Contractor based in Natick is actively looking for a Lead Superintendent to join their team on a $100M Academic project.

Description

The Lead Superintendent is responsible for:

• Commuting to Norwood (first project)
• Overseeing 2 Ast Supers and 1 PE, reporting to General Super
• Leading Large Public projects start through completion
• Making educated decisions related to the performance of all work-related activities
• Establishing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with all individuals involved in the project
• Ensuring work site safety compliance
• Identifying and resolving local problems on-site
• Field leadership
• Evaluating/understanding specific scopes of work & monitoring performance
• Strong project completion

Profile

The right candidate will have:

• 10+ years of field experience as a Super with a Commercial GC
• MUST HAVE large ground-up experience ($50M+)
• Public Academic project experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, customer service, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of building construction means and methods, scheduling and cost-control procedures
• OSHA 30 (preferred)
• MA CSL (preferred)
• Proficiency in Procore
• BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field (preferred)
