Category Manager
Manage customer relationships across multiple sales channels, ensuring sales goals are met through effective item assortment, performance reporting, and order management. Oversee customer financials, supply chain coordination, new business development, and support product launches, all while aligning with retailer strategies and utilizing market data for growth and profitability.

Description
- Manage both new and existing items and assortments, including the strategy, dimensions, pricing, and distribution.
- Report and communicate performance at both the category and customer levels, both internally and externally.
- Ensure customer portal requirements are met as per retailer specifications and handle all business-related contracts and documentation needed to initiate or maintain Client's business.
- Stay informed about customer performance in the marketplace using tools like Circana/Nielsen.
- Oversee weekly order management, addressing any issues related to cuts, item management, or other order-related maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly supply chain requirements for each retailer.
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations for both internal and external meetings.
- Oversee and manage customer financials, including trade spend, secondary placement opportunities, promotional calendars, deduction management, and customer scorecards.
- Assist in the launch of new products and marketing initiatives, aligning with the retailer's growth strategy and utilizing category data to guide decisions.
Profile
* Associate's Degree Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
* Dropship Experience highly preferred
* Background in FMCG Industry - B&M and eCommerce
* Strong analytical ability, familiar with Syndicated/Portal Data/IRI, POS
