Description

  • Lead and manage complex employee relations matters across global locations, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and conduct global investigations related to workplace issues, including harassment, discrimination, and code of conduct violations, while ensuring compliance with local employment laws and organizational standards.
  • Manage a comprehensive case management system to track, document, and resolve employee relations issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to HR teams and business leaders on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and terminations.
  • Mediate disputes between employees and management, facilitating resolutions that promote a healthy, respectful, and legally compliant workplace.
  • Develop and implement global employee relations strategies that align with business goals and promote a positive work environment.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the employee relations case management process, ensuring timely and effective handling of all employee relations cases.
  • Monitor trends in employee relations cases to identify patterns and recommend proactive solutions to prevent future issues.
  • Stay updated on global employment laws and regulations to ensure the organization remains compliant and prepared for changes.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure a holistic approach to managing employee relations.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in employee relations, including significant experience handling global investigations.
  • Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases with a strong background in case management systems.
  • Strong mediation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes.
  • In-depth knowledge of global labor laws and best practices in employee relations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment, with the ability to work across time zones and cultures.
