Assistant Project Manager - Ground-Up Commercial Construction
0-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and ability to read construction drawings. seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their construction career to gain exposure to ground-up commercial builds while learning directly from experienced PMs.

Description
Support multiple Project Managers across various projects
Assist with document management, subcontractor coordination, and RFIs
Help track schedules, budgets, and construction progress
Participate in drawing reviews, procurement, and administrative tasks
Profile
You're early in your construction career-possibly with an internship or co-op under your belt-and eager to dive into the details. You're organized, hungry to learn, and ready to contribute across multiple teams. Comfort with reading construction drawings is a plus.
Job Offer
Base salary between $60K-$85K, depending on experience
Daily in-office presence with potential for occasional site visits
