Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in our finance department by providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial data and trends.

Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis. Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, and provide actionable insights.
Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario analysis. Ensure models are accurate and up-to-date.
Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial systems and reports.
Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments. Provide relevant insights to support business strategy and investment decisions.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting systems, and analytical tools. Recommend and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather relevant financial information and support cross-functional projects. Collaborate with the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (e.g., ERP systems, financial planning tools).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
