The Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in our finance department by providing valuable insights and analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial data and trends.

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and profitability analysis. Evaluate financial performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Communicate findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget and forecast, and provide actionable insights.

  • Financial Modeling: Create and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and scenario analysis. Ensure models are accurate and up-to-date.

  • Data Management: Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data from various sources. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial systems and reports.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, economic conditions, and industry developments. Provide relevant insights to support business strategy and investment decisions.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, reporting systems, and analytical tools. Recommend and implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to gather relevant financial information and support cross-functional projects. Collaborate with the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA designation is a plus).
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial software (e.g., ERP systems, financial planning tools).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
