We are seeking a Senior Acquisitions Manager to oversee property acquisitions and drive growth within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead strategic initiatives and make a significant impact in the property industry.

Description

  • Identify and evaluate potential property acquisition opportunities in alignment with business objectives.
  • Experience of the North East affordable, LIHTC and Section 8 real estate spaces
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Lead negotiations with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assess financial feasibility and develop acquisition strategies.
  • Oversee due diligence processes, including legal, financial, and operational assessments.
  • Prepare and present detailed acquisition proposals to senior leadership.
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to stay informed of market trends and opportunities.
  • Manage timelines and budgets for acquisition projects to ensure successful execution.

Profile

A successful Senior Acquisitions Manager should have:

  • Originations experience in the affordable housing space across the North East
  • Strong knowledge of the property industry, particularly in acquisitions and development.
  • Proven ability to analyze financial data and market trends effectively.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
  • Experience managing complex projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • A results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Educational background in business, real estate, or a related field.
