Description

The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Managing end-to-end construction projects for restaurants and breweries, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Collaborating with clients to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
• Supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
• Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to address project challenges effectively.
• Preparing and present regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
• Identifying and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion.

Profile

A successful Senior Project Manager - Restaurant & Breweries should have:

• Proven expertise in construction project management, specifically in the restaurant and breweries sector (8+ years)
• Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and vendor interactions.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
• A strong commitment to ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
