The Senior Project Manager will oversee construction projects within the restaurant and breweries sector in South Shore, MA, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in project management and construction.

My client is a family owned general contractor with over 20 years of experience providing design build, ground up, and interior renovation services. The firm has seen consistent year over year growth and is on track for continued expansion with an aggressive yet sustainable plan over the next several years. They deliver projects across hospitality, retail, healthcare, office, industrial, fitness, and restaurant sectors, with most work focused on renovations up to $10M and an increasing number of larger ground up projects up to $60M.The team consists of 50+ employees and continues to grow, with a strong preference for promoting from within and investing in long term careers. Description
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing end-to-end construction projects for restaurants and breweries, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Collaborating with clients to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and ensure clear communication between all stakeholders.
- Supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to address project challenges effectively.
- Preparing and present regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
- Identifying and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion.
Profile
A successful Senior Project Manager - Restaurant & Breweries should have:
- Proven expertise in construction project management, specifically in the restaurant and breweries sector (8+ years)
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and risk management practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client and vendor interactions.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
- A strong commitment to ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
