Looking for a strong Assistant Superintendent for upcoming projects in Warrwick MA or Bolton MA. Must have experience in high-end wood-frame projects.

Description

Assistant Superintendent - National Builder/Developer Responsibilities:

• Support and ensure project specifications and schedules are met
• Communicate effectively with Project Management Team
• Work under Superintendent
• Conduct quality inspections
• Analyze construction equipment requirements and provide recommendations to the team

Profile

Assistant Superintendent - National Builder/Developer Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working in the field
• Job-site experience & general awareness is required
• Ability to manage a specific section of work (2-3 trades)
• Multifamily construction experience (preferred)
