US IT Service Desk Manager - Norwood - Greater Boston - $140k
This position is for a talented and experienced IT Helpdesk leader to join this organization and lead all support, and infrastructure staff, ensuring optimal performance of hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices used throughout the organization. You will be overseeing system administration and technical troubleshooting across a manufacturing environment with multiple locations across the US.

Description
This position is for a talented and experienced IT Service Desk Manager to join this organization. The successful candidate will lead all IT operations & IT infrastructure, manage a team, and be responsible for all hardware, software, networking and mobile devices across this organization!
Please note this role is 5 days on-site. No hybrid schedule is on offer, but occasional remote flexibility is ok.
Profile
The successful US IT Service Desk Manager will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 8+ years IT experience in a helpdesk, support role - preferably have managed an organizations helpdesk for 3+ years
- Leadership and people management expertise
- Experience managing a multi-location environment
- An extensive Windows background, and be an expert in Microsoft technologies, including Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, and Azure Cloud.
- Mobile device management experience
- Knowledge of network administration & security
- Manufacturing industry experience
- Knowledge of ERP systems is also beneficial but not required.
