Lateral Recruiting Manager | NYC
The Lateral Recruiting Manager will be responsible for managing lateral associate recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth hiring process and top candidate experience. The ideal candidate is expected to have exceptional communication skills, a strong knowledge of the legal industry and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.

Description
- Manage all Lateral Associate recruitment activities.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a strong network within the legal industry.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify hiring needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

Profile
A successful Lateral Recruiting Manager should have:
- 5+ years experience recruiting within a law firm (required).
- Bachelors degree (required).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to identify hiring needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work onsite in New York City.
