Description

• • Lead and manage SCA construction projects (K-12 schools, additions, renovations, new builds) from initiation through completion.

  • Act as liaison between the client (SCA), project team, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure all project goals are met.

  • Develop, maintain, and update project schedules and budgets; ensure on-time delivery and fiscal responsibility.

  • Conduct regular site visits and oversee field operations in conjunction with the Superintendent.

  • Review and approve submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation in accordance with SCA guidelines.

  • Ensure compliance with DOB, SCA, OSHA, and all relevant city/state regulations.

  • Lead progress meetings with stakeholders and prepare detailed project reports and updates.

  • Manage procurement, subcontractor contracts, and billing in collaboration with internal teams.

Profile

• 5+ years of project management experience within commercial construction, with at least 2+ years focused on SCA projects.

• Strong familiarity with SCA processes, guidelines, and documentation requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

• Proven ability to manage multiple trades, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.

• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6).

• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• OSHA 30-hour certification required.
