Property Manager
The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential properties (upper market rate and luxury), ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of property management practices in New York

Description
- Oversee 350 to 1,000 unit residential, multifamily developments.
- Manage the daily operations of assigned residential and commercial properties.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained, addressing maintenance and repair needs promptly.
- Oversee tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and addressing concerns or complaints.
- Prepare and manage budgets for each property, ensuring cost efficiency and financial performance.
- Work with vendors and contractors to secure quality services for property upkeep.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections to maintain standards and identify improvement opportunities.
- Generate regular reports on property performance for senior management.

Profile
A successful Property Manager should have:
- Residential experience is essential.
- Will have managed a minimum of 300 units, ideally 500-700.
- A strong background in property management within the property industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple properties simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations in New York.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster positive tenant relationships.
- Proficiency with property management software and tools.
