Senior Project Accountant
This position focuses on supporting project-related accounting, including:
- Billing and collections
- Accounts payable
- Management reporting

Description
- Oversee project financially, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements, focusing on compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to track expenses and maintain financial accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable specific to property projects.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Monitor project performance against budgets and deliver financial insights to stakeholders.
- Assist with audits and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Profile
A successful Senior Project Accountant should have:
- A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in project accounting, ideally within the property industry.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Deltek Ajera
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
