The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in optimizing production processes and ensuring operational efficiency within the industrial manufacturing space. This role requires a proactive individual who is focused on quality improvement and problem-solving within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Description

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:

• Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
• Analyzing production workflows and implementing improvements to increase throughput and reduce costs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
• Monitoring production performance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for manufacturing procedures and standards.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing operations.
• Supporting the design, development, and implementation of new production equipment and tools.
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on new processes and equipment.

Profile

A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience with CNC machining.
• Proficiency in using CAD or CAM software and other technical tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with teams.
• Understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
