Manufacturing Engineer - CNC - Hartford, CT
The Manufacturing Engineer will play a key role in optimizing production processes and ensuring operational efficiency within the industrial manufacturing space. This role requires a proactive individual who is focused on quality improvement and problem-solving within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for:
- Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and product quality.
- Analyzing production workflows and implementing improvements to increase throughput and reduce costs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
- Monitoring production performance and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.
- Creating and maintaining documentation for manufacturing procedures and standards.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in all manufacturing operations.
- Supporting the design, development, and implementation of new production equipment and tools.
- Providing training and guidance to production staff on new processes and equipment.

Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies.
- 5+ years of experience with CNC machining.
- Proficiency in using CAD or CAM software and other technical tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with teams.
- Understanding of safety and quality standards in manufacturing.
