Bilingual HRBP - Manufacturing - $115K - $120K

The Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner will be on-site at our client's New Jersey manufacturing plants five days a week. This person will support all HR functions for employees at the plant, such as talent management, employee relations, investigations, engagement, and more. This person MUST be bilingual in English and Spanish and have a background in HR in a manufacturing setting. This person must be familiar with New Jersey laws and compliance.

Description

• Performance Management and Workforce Planning: This person will assist in setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and implementing performance improvement plans.
• Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: This person will be responsible for managing employee relations by addressing conflicts, facilitating communication between employees and management, and ensuring a positive work environment.
• Compliance and Safety: This person will ensure the plants comply with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. They will work closely with senior leaders at the plant to promote a culture of safety and conduct regular audits and inspections.
• Other areas of focus include benefits, answering day-to-day employee questions, and improving policies and procedures.

Profile

• 7+ years of HR experience in manufacturing.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to be on-site in Newark five days a week.

Job Offer

• Base salary of $115K - $120K depending on candidate's experience.
