Accounting Manager - Manufacturing - Bethlehem, PA
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for supporting and owning a portfolio of manufacturing sites and will lead with maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring that financial policies and procedures are adhered to. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of ERP systems, and will have an experience overseeing a portfolio of manufacturing sites, and a strong understanding of working with sales, operations, and production. The Accounting Manager will sit in the Bethlehem, PA area.

Description
- Lead the plant finance team in maintaining accurate financial records
- Oversee financials for a portfolio of manufacturing sites
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required
- Assist with monthly closing and reporting processes
- Assist with annual budget preparation and analysis
- Ensure that financial policies and procedures are followed
- Perform ad-hoc analysis as required
- Prepare and present financial information to management as needed
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a plant accounting or related role
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
